The ASI Community Center and Park (Pavilion & Gazebo) is available for rent when no other activity is scheduled for use in the facility. The Community center is a great place for a celebration of any kind: showers, birthday parties, celebration of life, graduation, etc. The ASI Community Center is also a great place to host meetings and seminars.

We have 14 eight-foot banquet tables and 100 folding chairs.  Please inquire about other amenities (i.e. coffee pots, refrigerator, etc…) to be certain we are the right fit for your rental needs.

Rental fees:

• Monday through Friday – $125 per day, $50 for a half day.
• Saturday, Sunday and Holidays – $175 per day

A $75 security deposit is required upon execution of a rental agreement.  The security deposit will be returned to the renter, provided the premise has been cleaned and no damage is evident.

Members of ASI are privileged to a 10% discount of the above rates.

Long-term rentals by non-profit organization / community clubs / business meetings are subject to a per meeting fee based on the number of meetings per year and based on availability. A rental agreement will be signed for all long-term rentals. Rental fees are set for one year and renewable annually.
